The Weightlifting Mentorship program is a 6-week intensive, all-online program where coaches can improve their understanding of the sport of weightlifting and the complexities of power development.

Content will be delivered through:

  •  Weekly Live Calls (Tuesday 8:30 pm AEST)
  •  Weekly Study Sessions (Thursday 4 pm AEST)

With this flexible learning model, new content will be added weekly so you can stay up-to-date and work at your own pace.

Week 5: Planning & Periodisation 

Week 6: Competition Preparation: Athlete Case Study
