The program also includes a 63-page eBook which helps to immerse yourself in the driving philosophies behind the program, techniques for Olympic weightlifting and information on the other training modalities within the Power Program.

This all helps to give meaning to the training process, helping you become a more beastly athlete!

What You’ll Need:

In this program you’ll be exposed to:

  •  Olympic Weightlifting.
  •  General Strength Exercises.
  •  Core Training.
  •  Jump training and plyometrics.
  •  Throwing.
  •  Sled/Acceleration/Sprinting/Hill Sprinting.

Equipment for this program:

  •  Barbell and weights.
  •  A stable surface to train on.
  •  Sled (If you don’t have one, alternatives will be given)
  •  Hill & Outdoor area for throwing.
  •  20m of space for plyometrics.
  •  Medicine ball (3-5kg).
